TICKET INFORMATION

Festival General Adult Ticket
The Adult tickets start at the age of 18 and we welcome any age. We pride ourselves to be a Festival of all ages, the young, the middle aged and the not so young.

Festival Youth Ticket
For all our young ones aged between 13 and 17 years inclusive. These tickets will be half price than the regular Adult tickets. Anyone under 18 must be accompanied by a ticket holding Responsible Adult and will not be allowed to approach any bars.

Festival Child Ticket
Children 12 & under are free and each will need a child ticket to enter. Children under the age of 18 have to be in the supervision of a Responsible Adult at all times. Children under 12 and under will not gain entry by themselves and will be asked to leave if found by themselves. You can not purchase a child ticket without an accompanying adult ticket.

Festival Group+10 Tickets
Invite 10 Adult friends and save! The Adult tickets start at the age of 18. Buy 10 for the price of 8.

Disability Carers Pass
Companion Card accepted providing FREE entry for the Carer of a paid ticket holder. Companion card MUST BE PRESENTED to gate staff. No ticket booking required.

TERMS & CONDITIONS OF ENTRY

ADMISSION

  • The right of admission is reserved. No ticket, No entry.
  • Print out of tickets or digital copy must be shown at gate to be scanned.
  • Tickets are fully transferable and non-refundable.
  • PASSOUTS ALLOWED – Patrons are free to come in and out of the festival at anytime. Wrist bands must be visible.
  • Your wrist band must be worn and be clearly visible at all times. Do not remove your wristband. Anybody 13yrs+ without a wristband will be asked to pay entry or asked to leave.

AGE

  • This is a Licensed event- people under 18 must be accompanied by a legal guardian or parent or we reserve the right to refuse entry.
  • Kids 12yrs and under are FREE – but must be accompanied by a responsible ticket paying parent/guardian
  • Adult (18+) ticket holders will require a form of ID (Photo Card, Driver Licence etc.) prior to entry.

GENERAL

    • There are No ATM’s onsite, Cash sales at Gate – several ATM’s are accessible on Manning St, Tuncurry.
    • No umbrella’s, marquees or BYO shelters permitted – Bring a rain coat, hat and slip slop slap.
    • Sunscreen is available for your protection.
    • BYO deck chairs and rugs permitted.
    • Respect the local community. The locals have been kind enough to let us hold this fabulous event in their area so please respect them and the surrounding properties.
    • The Lakeside Festival reserves the right to publish any photos or videos of an individual across any form of media. By entering the festival, you agree to these terms. If you object to your image being published please contact the committee at the Merch Tent HQ.
    • The promoter or venue shall not be held liable for any injury, loss or damages sustained while entering or on the site.
    • Any Person who, intentionally or otherwise, damages the site, removes any equipment without permission, enters a restricted area without permission or breaches the terms and conditions set out in this document may be required to leave the site and must do so on request.
  • PICK UP DROP OFF

    • No onsite parking. Street Parking available.
    • Drop off/ Pick up/ Taxi zone located along Manning street in front of festival
    • Disability drop off zones available at Main Entry Gate, Manning Street.

    SMOKING

    • Smoking is only permitted in allocated marked areas within the festival.
    • In accordance with NSW smoking laws, cigarettes will not be sold inside the festival. Please consider the environment and fellow patrons when disposing your cigarette butt. No smoking inside the marquees and structures.

    RECYCLING & RUBBISH

    • We are always working on improving our recycling initiatives. We have an effective bin system throughout the site, and ask that you put all rubbish in its place. Bins will be provided in all festival areas. Please place plastic into recycling bins provided and aluminium cans into the GREAT LAKES WOMEN’S SHELTER RETURN AND EARN BINS. Lakeside Festival thanks you for your contribution to keeping the Midcoast beautiful and every can counts. It’s a team effort

    DOGS

    • Dogs are NOT permitted in the Music Festival or Art Prize Exhibition (excluding service or guide dogs).

    ALCOHOL + FOOD

    • No outside BYO food or drink allowed, special dietary requirements pass can be issued on request.
    • No eskies/ cooler bags permitted
    • Infant and toddler food/drink permitted
    • The Lakeside Festival is licensed event.
      PLEASE NOTE: You are not permitted to BYO drinks into the Festival grounds. Bag checks will be carried out. ID will be required for alcohol purchases (Adult Wristband). In accordance with the liquor act, it is an offense to refuse to leave a licensed area when asked, an on the spot fine of $550 applies.
    • Excessive consumption of alcohol will not be tolerated. Please drink responsibly. People wishing to enter the event who are affected by alcohol may be refused entry.
    • The possession, sale or use of illicit substances is prohibited. Offenders will be removed from site and subject to Police action.

    Terms & Conditions

    • Children must be supervised on playground at all times
    • Dogs on leads permitted
    • Owners must ensure that dogs are not a nuisance to others.
    • Owners are responsible for cleaning up any ‘mess’ deposited by their pet.
    • Buskers must have prior approval and licencing
